大学卒業後、株式会社ベンチャーリンクに経営コンサルタントとして入職。主な業務はコンサルティングとフランチャイズ本部の店舗開発支援。2013年、沖縄にてリハビリ特化型デイサービス「リハビックス」の立ち上げに参画。現場管理者としてデイサービスの運営に携わりながら、その後の新店立ち上げの全てに関わる（沖縄と鹿児島で13店舗展開中）。現在は自費リハビリ施設「ホコトレ」や訪問看護ステーション「クラセル」の立ち上げも兼務している。
